You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
The Service is offered under monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Agency). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You are responsible for obtaining proper authorization before connecting third-party accounts (Google, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to the Service. You represent that you have the right to access and use the data from connected accounts.
We access third-party data in read-only mode and do not modify, delete, or write data back to any connected service. We store synced data securely to provide analytics and reporting features.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate reports, summaries, recommendations, and visibility checks. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before acting upon. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of The Second Click, LLC. You retain ownership of your data. We claim no ownership over data you upload or sync through the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Second Click, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data may be deleted 30 days after account termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where The Second Click, LLC is registered.
