Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan features. When downgrading, your current plan continues until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I hit my client limit?
You'll see a notification when approaching your limit. To add more clients, upgrade to a higher plan. Existing client data is never deleted.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll get full access to all features in your selected plan during the trial.
Can my clients access the platform?
Yes. You can create client accounts with read-only access. Clients can see dashboards, reports, and QBRs but cannot edit settings, upload data, or access internal tools like Notes or Integrations.
What CRMs do you integrate with?
We currently support HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM via OAuth. GoHighLevel, Marketo, and Microsoft Dynamics are coming soon. All CRM integrations sync deals and contacts for attribution analysis.
